  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • In a blender place all the ingredients and blend untilsmooth
  • Pour in a glass and serve
